As a key member of the Enterprise Applications practice, Terry assists clients with software selection efforts. process improvement initiatives, software implementation efforts, and program/project management.

Terry has 35+ years of experience assisting clients with system selections and implementations, operational improvements, and managing finance and IT functions.  He has worked extensively in the manufacturing sector in make-to-stock (MTS), make-to-order (MTO), configure-to-order (CTO), and engineer-to-order (ETO) environments, assisting executives with strategic matters and rolling out improvement efforts across most functional areas.

Prior to joining Answerport, Terry served as Chief Financial Officer for a manufacturing company, worked with business owners and executives in his own consulting practice for 20 years, served as a senior consultant for an ERP channel partner, and was a manager in Ernst & Young’s performance improvement consulting practice.  Terry holds a master’s degree in business and is a certified Jonah.
