Power BI Analyst Senior Consultant
The Power BI Analyst Senior Consultant will be responsible for working with Answerport’s Clients to transform raw data into meaningful business insight using BI tools to develop interactive and executive-friendly dashboards and reports to assist in decision making processes. This role will be responsible for improving data analytics and business intelligence techniques by performing a wide range of tasks such as reporting, building dashboards, building data models, analyzing datasets, and administrating Power BI tools. Must have a good depth of experience with Microsoft BI Stack and Power BI tools. Prior experience in a manufacturing or consulting environment. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, is preferred. Travel 25%, as required.
IT Infrastructure Engineering Manager
The IT Infrastructure Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers and project managers that execute IT infrastructure projects. This role will work with the Answerport leadership team to assist with guiding the strategy and vision for the continued growth of the infrastructure practice. Qualified candidates will have prior experience defining infrastructure project approaches to achieve project objectives and then structuring and developing detailed project plans to achieve the desired project outcomes. In addition, qualified candidates will have prior experience doing hands-on technical work and managing technical teams, including a working knowledge of IT infrastructure and security technologies. Travel 20%, as required.
Infrastructure Engineer (aka Systems Engineer)
The Infrastructure Engineer will execute project tasks as assigned for Merger & Acquisition carve out and modernization projects. They should have a broad technology background with increasingly complex roles, strong ability to troubleshoot, and be eager to learn. Must have a good depth of experience (beyond day-to-day administration) with AD, VMWare, Networking, Email (Exchange & Office365), Servers (Windows, Linux), and Cloud hosted systems (Azure, AWS). A bachelor’s or associate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, is preferred. Travel 25%, as required.
Infrastructure – Project Manager
The Infrastructure Project Manager will be joining the Infrastructure Team to assist the engineering team with the coordination of day-to-day tasks for M&A projects, coordination of projects for managed services clients, work with third-party vendors to acquire and execute hardware/software quotes and provide clients with timely written and oral status reports. The Infrastructure PM needs to have an IT infrastructure background with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in an infrastructure engineer role, preferable for a managed services provider. The Infrastructure PM must have at least 5 years of experience managing all aspects of complex, multilayer IT projects with increasing complexity. The infrastructure PM must have experience managing a project budget through the life cycle of the project, including tracking hardware/software purchases and services related to a project with reporting budget status to project sponsors.

Business Applications – Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM/BA)
We are currently looking for experienced individuals with strong ERP implementation, project management, and business analysis skills to join our team as either a Consulting Manager or Senior Consultant, based on experience level. The PM/BA should have 5-12 years of experience in IT and business process improvement, project management, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering or Information Systems. The individual must have at least three years of prior consulting experience, ERP applications experience (with a deep understanding of at least one common ERP (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft, Epicor, Infor, etc.) solution), applications implementation, project management experience, and industry experience in either manufacturing or distribution companies. Travel 25%, as required.
Senior Systems Administrator for the Managed Services Team
The Senior System Administrator will join the Managed Services team to assist with day-to-day support for multiple clients’ IT environments, including infrastructure component support (servers and network), ticket support, system patching, troubleshooting, new system deployments (PCs, Servers), etc. They may also be escalation support for other managed services team members. They may also work on “mini projects” for managed services clients (server upgrades, new application setup, etc.) and assist with infrastructure project tasks such as remotely connecting to a client site to build servers, update the Office365 tenant (email, MDM, MFA), update domain controllers, configure integration with AzureAD, and update or set up a backup server and backup jobs. A bachelor’s or associate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, is preferred. Travel 25%, as required.
Information Security Consultant / Senior Analyst
We are currently looking for an experienced individual with strong information security experience including experience assessing, planning, and implementing security solutions that include technical, process and policy. Project management and other IT experiences outside of security (e.g., infrastructure, applications, data) are also beneficial. Qualified candidates must have 4-10 years of experience in information security and information technology with a minimum of 2+ years of management consulting firm experience. Candidates should also have experience with project and/or team leadership (security or other areas) with the ability to manage small/mid-sized assessment and remediation projects working with clients, internal teams, and 3rd party providers.
IT Procurement Manager
The IT Procurement Manager oversees the daily activities related to the technology purchasing function for the managed services and infrastructure teams. The IT Procurement Manager will collaborate with vendors, clients, project managers, and infrastructure team members to ensure timely order and delivery of IT purchases (hardware and software) as needed for client operations and the completion of infrastructure projects. They also will assist with the continuous review of managed services client’s IT asset inventory to define annual refresh projects as well as plan for software renewals and subscription right sizing. Qualified candidates must have prior experience managing IT OpEx and CapEx Budgets, purchasing and inventorying IT software licenses and hardware, and managing a team.
