The following positions will be based in either our Wisconsin or Minnesota offices. While we are looking for full time candidates, we may consider part time candidates for some roles, if appropriate.
Systems Administrator
The Systems Administrator will join the Managed Services team to assist with day-to-day support for our multiple clients’ IT environments including resolving tickets, patching, troubleshooting, PC deployments, etc. This person must have strong end user and PC support skills to troubleshoot PC issues both remotely and onsite. In addition, they must have some server admin exposure (backups, patching) and excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with clients and document all work. Candidates should have previous experience in a fast-paced consulting or MSP environment and a minimum of 5 years of IT experience with IT administration and support experience with Windows administration and management of servers, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy and virtualization. Must be authorized to work in the US and able to be onsite 3 days per week in our Mequon office. Travel 20% as required.
Infrastructure Engineer
The Infrastructure Engineer will execute project tasks as assigned for Merger & Acquisition carve out and modernization projects. The Engineer will design, implement and support infrastructure projects that include a wide range of tasks such as network, server, security, and collaboration systems as required to meet client’s project requirements for function, performance and high availability. Candidates must have experience with cloud technologies, specifically Azure servers and Microsoft 365 configuration, as well as a core understanding of information security best practices and networking fundamentals. Previous experience in a fast-paced consulting or MSP environment is required. Must be authorized to work in the US and able to be onsite 3 days per week in our Mequon office. Travel 20% as required.
