As a key member of the M&A practice, Bryan assists clients with IT due diligence, M&A related IT carve-out planning and execution, and program/project management.

Bryan is an experienced information technology leader with extensive experience as an IT Director as well as an advisor supporting complex IT transitions. Bryan’s experience as a former hands-on IT Director offers private equity-based transactions with proven methods and procedures to accomplish strategic operational and financial objectives.  His most recent IT leadership experience with a large complex organization affords his clients relevant know-how to accomplish challenging carve out and divestiture transactions.

Bryan has performed IT diligence for several stand alone and carve-out projects for many mid-to-large IT operations including transition services planning and execution. Bryan also serves in interim CIO roles on various carve out projects. 

Bryan has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
