Bryan Bieszk

IT Service Delivery Director

As a key leader in the Managed Services practice, Bryan is a key resource for managed services clients and leads team members that assist clients with their IT service needs.

Bryan has a deep understanding of delivering high levels of customer service and technology operational management.  Prior to joining Answerport Bryan worked as the IT Director for a National Hotel and Theatre chain in Milwaukee managing the engineering and service desk teams.  His large accomplishments were a companywide uplift of email, replacing the entire fleet of firewalls and switches across 15 hotels and 90 theaters, replaced the backup systems and a data center migration.  Prior to that he worked at a rapidly growing health care business in Milwaukee managing IT Operations, Client technologies and built the NOC to manage the network, software and client technologies.

Bryan has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin. He also holds an Associate of Applied Science from MATC.
