As a key member of the M&A practice, Duane assists clients with IT due diligence, M&A related IT carve-out planning and execution, and program/project management.

Duane has over 35 years of diverse IT experience in M&A, Telecommunications and Healthcare, including several CIO roles.  He has experience in US and International public companies ranging in size from $200 million to $2.4 billion in annual revenues.

Duane has performed IT diligence for several stand alone and carve-out projects for many mid-to-large IT operations including transition services planning and execution.  He has created and spearheaded applications separation and sourcing plans as well as coordinated infrastructure separation activities.  Duane also serves in interim CIO roles on various carve out projects. 

Prior to joining Answerport, Duane worked for a telecommunication industry IT advisory firm and was the Group CIO at Cable and Wireless, a global telecom provider, where he had global responsibilities for the Enterprise IT team. Duane holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
