As a key member of the M&A practice, Keith assists clients with IT due diligence, M&A related IT carve-out planning and execution, and program/project management.

Keith’s 30+ years of IT experience includes:

• Performed numerous IT due diligence assessments
• Served as applications lead for post-close IT carve-out / integration efforts
• Performed sell-side diligence preparation and IT integration planning
• Served as project manager / business analyst for several cost-benefit analysis efforts
• Served as project manager / business analyst for numerous software package implementation efforts
• Served as project manager / business analyst for several process documentation and improvement roadmap planning efforts

Prior to joining Answerport, Keith was a Management Consulting Senior Manager with Ernst & Young. Keith has a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with majors in Accounting and Information Systems. Keith is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).
