Quality monitoring and review process

As part of our service to our customers we offer ongoing quality monitoring and quality reviews. We feel that quality delivery is a shared responsibility across all parties involved. The level of our review can range from brief telephone surveys, web or email surveys on smaller projects to extensive periodic on-site reviews for larger integration projects. This allows the customer to benefit from an outside perspective during the course of a project where proactive measures can be built into the project to increase the probability of success.

Packaged service offerings

In order to drive increased quality and predictability, Answerport continually develops standard methods, tools and techniques to utilize in the delivery of our services.
